The Nets have won a couple of games since the calendar moved over, but Brooklyn Kevin Durant did not feature in any of those wins. The forward superstar is still looking for its first impact of the calendar year. As was the case on Sunday, Durant will continue his research Tuesday against Denver Nuggets 5-5 without Kyrie Irving. The Nets guard is unavailable for personal reasons.
In addition to Irving, the Nets are still without Tyler Johnson (COVID health and safety protocols) and Nic Claxton (right knee tendinopathy), as well as Spencer Dinwiddie (ACL surgery).
