LG is announcing a New OLED TV Lineup, launching a new 4K Monitor at CES 2021

LG has announced their new range of OLED TVs at CES 2021, with different models in different sizes and across many product ranges. While the available information is a bit difficult to confirm, it seems that there are at least five areas of the upcoming OLED TVs from LG – A1, B1, C1, G1, and Z1 – that deal differently price and feature shares. The C1 range seems to be the mid-range option here that launches in sizes from 48 inches to 83 inches.

The new range of LG OLED TV was announced along with the QNED TV range of Mini LED TV, which was unveiled a week or two ago. The new product range includes NanoCell TV, as well as a new one Monitor 4K OLED with a 31.5-inch display, aimed at creative professionals. The monitor is said to cover 99 percent of the DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB color spectrum, and has enough ports for connectivity.

The Korean electronics conglomerate has also named ‘OLED evo’, which is said to be an advanced technology for OLED displays that promises better brightness for higher brightness and what LG says will be better picture quality . The new technology will be available on the LG G1 TV range that will come in sizes ranging from 55 inches to 75 inches, based on the information currently available.

All of LG’s new TVs will run on the webOS 6.0 smart TV platform, while the new Alpha 9 Gen 4 photo processor will power some models including the C1 series, G1, and Z1, some QNED modules, and some NanoCell modules. The processor also incorporates sound around virtual 5.1.2 in the televisions, along with the ability to detect content genre and increase image quality accordingly. HDR formats up to Dolby Vision IQ and Dolby Atmos will also be supported on the new TVs.

The company has also announced that Google Stadia support is coming to various LG smart TVs, thanks to its integration with webOS 6.0. This won’t come until later this year, though LG says it will be the first manufacturer to support Stadia after Google’s own hardware. GeForce Now support is also coming in, TechCrunch reports.

While it all feels a bit confusing when it comes to specifications, the main takeaway here is that LG’s new range of OLED TV, QNED Mini LED, and NanoCell has been updated to bring the technologies and The latest brands will be released, and will be available across global markets in the coming weeks.
