SEOUL, South Korea, March 8, 2021 / PRNewswire / – LG Innotek (CEO of Cheoldong Jeong) announced on 8th that it is collaborating with Microsoft to block access to 3D vision technology and spread innovation across industry multicasts such as: fitness, care health, logistics and sales with ToF (LG Innotek’s Time of 3D camera models based on Flight technology) and Microsoft’s Azure Depth Platform.

Getting this information directly from a ToF 3D camera rather than importing it from one or more 2D cameras simplifies the analysis and increases robustness. 3D cameras are ideal for robust computer vision analysis with less evaluation for many commercial use cases.
