NEW YORK, March 24 – From April 1, Lego will be selling a new, unique build package of Nasa’s Discovery Space Shuttle, along with the Hubble Space Telescope. Created in collaboration with Nasa, the hook includes over 2,300 pieces to gather enthusiasts.
The new Lego construction facility of the Space Shuttle Discovery was created in collaboration with US space agency Nasa. There are two elements: the Discovery shuttle itself and the Hubble telescope.
Everything was carefully reproduced, and meticulously, from the arrival equipment to the flight deck and crew seats. Even the shuttle’s pay bay can be opened to use Hubble, which features adjustable solar panels. Both models are accompanied by stand-up charts that display key technical information.
Recommended for builders ages 18+, the 2,354-piece (10283) hook will go on sale from April 1, 2021, for US $ 200. The product will undoubtedly be best presented side of the browser Saturn V or the International Space Station.
Note that this release coincides with the 40th anniversary of the launch of the first Space Shuttle (Columbia, launched April 12, 1981). Discovery made its maiden flight in 1984 and Hubble was orbited in 1990. – ETX Studios
