Watch dogs: Legion, Ubisoft ‘s open world hockey game, free – to – play on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC launches March 25, developer to name today in a blog post.

The test allows you to have full access to the open world of the game. As long as you can finish it Legionemergency route in less than 20 hours– enough for one weekend marathon – don’t get any ideas: The free trial won’t let you go past the campaign’s “Skye Larsen” mission, which takes place half way through Game.

You will also be able to try out the recently released multiplayer mode, which, although it does host friends from time to time subconscious if you are playing with strangers. Earlier today, the multiplayer got its first tactical work (think: a predatory-like multiplayer mission), but you won’t be able to pass the test. You can only play the short co-op missions and Spiderbot Arena mode.

A Ubisoft blog post states that the free period ends March 29, but a video has been uploaded to YouTube arsa it expires on March 28th. (Update 5:05 pm ET: In a statement to Kotaku, a Ubisoft speakern clarify that Legionthe free trial ends on May 29.)

Beyond a test run today, Ubisoft detailed the summer roadmap for Watch dogs: Legion:

  • Next month, Mina, a new hero, will join the game, but it will only be available to those with a season license.
  • In May, the game’s multiplayer mode gets a second tactical action.
  • Two new competitive modes – Draw and Attack – will also be played in May. It is not immediately clear what these methods will look like. Hopefully they feature real people, rather than spiders.
  • June will see the first major expansion in the game: Blood vessels. There will be two characters from before Watch dog games: Aiden Pearce (first funny main character of the game) and Wrench (your masked companion from DJ Look at dogs 2). Season pass holders will be able to play as both.
  • In August, season pass holders will be able to play as Darcy, a member of the Assassin command from Ubisoft’s assassin’s Creed series.
