BEACH PONTE VEDRA, Fla. – It’s been a busy few weeks for Lee Westwood and there seems to be no letup in sight.
Westwood started the final round of the Players Championship with a two-stroke lead but struggled on a nine-footer and eventually ended up behind the champion Justin Thomas. The Englishman finished second last week at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and is expected to play Honda Classic next week. But before that, he has a special trip planned with his son.

“This is his first time playing there. He’s been with me for years, but he’s chewing on me this year in the Masters themselves, so I’m guessing I’m making him play 36 holes Monday and Tuesday, ”Westwood said. “Have a good dad-and-dad trip. Looking forward to it. ”
