What a packed night of great basketball we had between Wednesday and Thursday in the NBA. On his 36th birthday, LeBron James excelled in the Los Angeles Lakers’ 107-112 victory over San Antonio, and along the way he raised his tally to 1,000 straight games with double digits. Brooklyn inflicted its first loss of the season to Atlanta, Miami defeated Milwaukee despite a triple-double by Yannis Antecompo, Luca Doncic provided a weak performance in Dallas ’loss to Charlotte and Boston also finished with a win.
