Kylie Jenner has obtained the court defense she was seeking against a man who was alleged to have broken into a nearby house in her neighborhood with Hidden Hills, California earlier this month.
Jenner, 23, was given a protection order against Justin Bergquist Wednesday, TMZ reported.
According to legal documents, Kylie says Bergquist has been monitoring her after the man broke into a home nearly last month, ran away when she was spotted, and then he returned to the area in his car later.
