King of the East: Watch Durant’s victory basket

Beginning of an article

Yesterday (Monday) evening Kevin Durant was announced as player of the week in the East. A few hours later, in a battle against Milwaukee, the Brooklyn star sniped 30 points and once again proved that the East Side of the NBA has a new ruler. 36 seconds to the end of the match when the scoreboard showed 122: 123 to the Bucks, the former MVP scored a crucial three that actually closed the story and sent a message to Yannis Antecompo and his other opponents on the ticket to the final. “Durant is one of the best players in history,” the new teammate complimented James Harden Who provided an excellent game himself with 34 points and 12 assists. “I know what a player he is, God bless him with talent. He’s 2.13 yards and he can do anything on the floor. I’m not trying to compete with him, I just want to allow him to be the best Kevin he can be.”

The man and the old man went on to relate to his relationship with KD: “In the past when we played together in Oklahoma City we were kids. Now we are men and we know exactly what we want.” After the game he tweeted: “Scary hours”, a direct continuation of his statements this week that Brooklyn will be “scary”. C.J. McCollum Join the celebration on social media and write: “Harden is insanely happy. Fun to see.”

If in doubt, there are also numbers and records behind the two-star shows, which may get Kyrie Irving on Wednesday night. Durant (72) and Harden (66) together scored 138 points in their first two games as a duo in Brooklyn. Only one duo in history has scored more points in its first two games together – Wilt Chamberlain and York Laris in 1961 (151 points).

The two are also the only ones to ever score 30+ points each in their first two games together. Harden is also the first player in NBA history with 30+ points and 10+ assists in his first two games in a new team.
