Hollywood star Kevin Hart has teamed up with Oscar-winning Cate Blanchett in a film adaptation of the popular video game “Borderlands”.

The 2009 action-packed first-person shooter game is about a group of four “Vault Hunters”, who travel to the distant planet of Pandora to hunt for an alien cellar, and is reported to have advanced alien technology.

Hart, best known for starring in the series “Jumanji” and “The Upside”, will take the role of Roland, a skilled vice soldier who turned into a soldier.

“I am delighted to be working with Kevin. ‘Borderlands’ is a different kind of thing for him, and we’re excited to delight audiences with Kevin’s side they’ve never seen before. It’s going to be an amazing Roland, ”Roth said.

The project will be carried out by Avi Arad and Ari Arad is doing the project through their Arad Productions. Erik Feig performs for Picturestart.

Hart last appeared on the big screen in “Jumanji: The Next Level” in 2019 and will appear next in the action comedy “Man From Toronto” and “Fatherhood”.
