This week, pop superstar Katy Perry appeared Jimmy Kimmel Live! to think about a new motherhood (“the best decision of my life,” she says), and to inspire the new Scottish season American Idol, of which she is a judge (he will appear first this Sunday). Perry dressed up for the occasion in an elegant Dundas dress – but her stunning beauty made us think she had traveled back in time. Perry recently turned her blond hair for a darker shade that will guide her early days of fame.
When Perry first rose strong with her hits “I Kissed a Girl” and “Hot N Cold” in the late 2000s, she hit the scene with her beauty now with a signature: black locks, front frame . She is an eye-catcher for most of her career, including during her major albums, “One of the Boys” and Teenage Dream. ”In 2017, however, the singer went with a brand new coiffure – a pixie and peroxide cut – and has been a conscientious blonde ever since.
Don’t be too excited about the revival of red hair, Perry’s raven color Kimmel, although: Not permanent. Executed by her stylist Jesus Guerrero, the bold new look was the result of a well-positioned wig. “Everything is fake,” Perry said on an Instagram story following the appearance, in which she is seen with her shorter blonde hair again. “I wanted to get Katy back to her roots by throwing her back into her dark hair,” Guerrero explains Vogue. “This scene is fun, cool, and incorporates a light texture with layers and choppiness. Kimmel was still cheating: “You look elegant: I don’t know how long your hair will be, what color your hair will be,” he told the show. “I like to keep people on the edge of their seats,” Perry replied. “When mum has a night off, she jumps all the way in. ”
