On the occasion of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s birthday, the makers of Gangubai Kathiawadi have released the film’s teaser. He stars in Alia Bhatt in the title role and also has a special appearance with actor Ajay Devgn. The film is based on one of the chapters in the book of Hussain Zaidi ‘s famous author, Mafia Queens of Mumbai.

Before releasing the teaser, Bhatt shared a poster of her film. In the new poster, the actor looked confident as she looked into the camera. Along with it, she announced the release date of the film. “In theaters July 30, 2021 ♥ ️” Bhatt dubbed the painting.
