Kate Ferdinand says she feels ‘terrible’ happiness after the birth of her son

Kate Ferdinand has described her feeling “awful” after the birth of her son.

The reality star recently welcomed her baby Cree with her husband Rio Ferdinand.

She said they are “as big as the little angel”.

“I seem to have been watching it for hours,” she wrote on Instagram along with a photo of her holding the new baby.

“Seeing the children and literally what the dreams are, it feels awful. ”

She said it was a “traumatic birth” and she had to have a caesarean.

Kate said she felt “completely wiped out” after the birth.

She said: “The joy has been terrible but with my tears and feelings, I felt I couldn’t do what I was expecting to do with Cree because I couldn’t change or feed him consistently made me feel all sorts of guilt, for Cree, Rio & I can’t do as I normally do for the kids.

“It was an unexpected flash… but at the same time the most perfect vibration.”

Kate said being with her baby is “a dream right now”.

“When we are taken away from what we can normally do, the little things become special,” she said.

“Feeling so lucky to have an amazing husband and kids helping me with everything. What a wonderful end to a beautiful year of rubbish. ”

Kate and Rio have been in a relationship since 2017.

The former Rio footballer already has three children from his previous marriage – sons Tate and Lorenz, and daughter Tia.

Rebecca, the late wife of Rio Ferdinand in 2015, died at the age of 34, after being diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time.
