Jose Mourinho has beaten out Premier League officials over allegations that they were getting double standards for dealing with touchline antics from managers this season.

The Tottenham boss has broken the rules several times in the past after some heated displays within his technical field but now considers him to be an example of ‘good behavior’ .

And in his latest dig at his peers, Mourinho believes there is a movement with a lack of punishment over some accidents.

Mourinho criticized Jurgen Klopp for his passionate nature in Liverpool ‘s recent victory over Tottenham, saying after the game:’ If I carried the same thing, I have no chance of staying there. ‘

Pep Guardiola also came under the spotlight after his appearance caught on the electronic board of the fourth official just before stopping in Manchester City’s draw with West Brom on Tuesday.

‘At this point, I honestly consider myself – and I believe the referees feel the same – a good example of good behavior on the handline.

‘But I see others doing amazing things, some going the way I would never go, and nothing happens. I can talk about this, because I am alive. I live from day to day [on] the handline. ‘

The former Real Madrid and Manchester United coach was then questioned why fans were allowed to get away with their behavior.

‘We may not say anything,’ he said.

The 57-year-old was facing a freeze with fellow Klopp at Anfield after the full-time whistle.

It wasn’t long before it was revealed that Mourinho had told the Liverpool manager that he was considered the ‘best losing team’ after Roberto Firmino’s stoppage time.
