Jordan, Allen shares a commendable celebration after a win over the Hawks

DeAndre Jordan seems to be always looking for a way to have fun on the basketball court. Last year, when he came off the bench, he always made sure Jarrett Allen had a fresh look to start the game. When he got into the act, Jordan would pick up imaginative discounts when he found help.

Jordan ‘s teammates have said several times that he’ s still keeping things light this season – he put a bus on Joe Harris’ chops about missing a dunk in preseason practice, saying it was all the money received from his new contract weighing him down. On Wednesday, after Brooklyn won 145-141 over the Hawks, Jordan could only help to release all his energy when the final whistle blew, jumping back Allen in celebration.

“You see me fighting down there for the boards, I can handle DeAndre,” Allen said when asked on Zoom’s call with reporters about the struggle to the 6-for-11 teammate, 265 -he carried a pound. “It’s been great. He has inspired me every step of the way since he came here. Teaching me mail moves, teaching me how to defend mail, teaching me just little things on the offensive and defensive end.

“Being able to – he has my back, he teaches me stuff. I was a good team player, I can say. ”
