Italy: A doctor in the Corona ward has been charged with the murder of two patients

An Italian doctor is currently charged with the murder of two patients in the corona ward at the hospital in Lombardy, Italy, who gave them “lethal doses” of anesthetic. Carlo Musca, 47, reportedly killed 61-year-old Natalie Bassey and 80-year-old Angelo Palti last March in a bid to speed up hospital beds.

Thanks to WhatsApp messages among the nurses in the ward, the news surfaced that Muska was “crazy killing patients in order to make beds,” in the corona hospital ward for which he was responsible. Three more deaths are being investigated these days by local police, after the nurses claim Muska changed the patients’ medical files to cover in his footsteps.

Muska was also arrested and is currently under house arrest at his home in Mantua, Mt. Nova State, and according to the Daily Mail, the doctor denies the allegations against him, claiming that they are “baseless.” Also, his attorneys claim that the patients in question were never intentionally harmed by him and that Muska had no reason to use an anesthetic against them.

In late April, the complaint was first filed against him, by an anonymous source, and the prosecution was later able to obtain the WhatsApp messages, which, they say, reveal how he also tried to have sex with one of the nurses without her consent. It was further reported that when Muska discovered that he was under investigation he asked the nurses in the ward to prescribe with him “one comfortable version of the story”, which could be construed as incitement to lie.

Bassey, a diabetic who suffered from heart disease died on March 20, while two days later Palti also died. At that time in the specific hospital in Italy about five patients were lost, with two of them allegedly being murdered.
