Professor Nadir Arber from the Integrated Cancer Prevention Center at the hospital tested a drug that he has developed on patients in moderate to severe condition suffering from the virus with a positive result 95%.
Arber says the drug, named EXO-CD24, is cheap and effective and must be given once a day for five days.
Of the 30 patients who received the drug, 29 showed significant improvement within two days and were discharged from hospital three to five days later.
One patient also recovered but gave a few days later, the hospital said.

After such positive results, the hospital appealed to the Helsinki Committee of the Ministry of Health, to request that the trial be extended to more patients.
The Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem is also reported on a possible cure.
The hospital administered 21 critically ill patients suffering from severe drug conditions called Allocetra. According to the doctors, 19 patients recovered within six days and were discharged from the hospital on average after eight days.
The drug was developed by Professor Dror Mevorach Director of the Research Center for Rheumatology and Internal Medicine, to treat immune systems that overproduce cytokines.
