The Ministry of Education and the central government are expected to open day centers for the children of teaching staff aged 3-12, as well as day centers for the children of the medical staff during the tight closure. The centers will operate in special education school buildings or in another building to be allocated by local authorities. The centers will operate Sunday through Thursday from 2: 30-7: 30 p.m.

The new regulations prohibit the opening of stores and shopping centers, except for a few exceptions that have been restricted in terms of the number of people who can be inside the store. All other stores, including restaurants, can operate in the form of deliveries only.

Regulations prohibit the opening of workplaces except for a list of exceptions or if the employee’s entry is required for the purpose of maintaining the place or repairing a defect. According to the Home Front Command, it is permissible to bring an employee to the workplace if it is required to maintain the integrity of the workplace, maintain the place, make deliveries, payroll wages or if it is an employee whose arrival is necessary for the continued functional operation of the business.

Professional sports have been restricted by the new regulations, and from now on places where games of the top leagues in the ball sports have been held are prohibited from opening, except for training purposes only.

In private vehicles up to three people can travel together, including the driver, except for people who live together in the house.
