The cookie has gone viral since real estate agent Cameron Knowlton posted it on his New York City Realtor TikTok account last week.
Titled “Worst Apartment NYC Ever !!!,” the video shows a single room with no bathroom, no stove, no freezer, one small fridge and a single closet.

The realtor told AFP that the flat is in the West but refused to give the exact address for fear of offending the landlord.
Knowlton, a licensed agent with real estate company Compass, said it learned about the availability of the apartment through open listing – when management companies send emails to realtors of available properties.
The unit was not posted online, which is common in New York for less useful units, so AFP cannot independently verify the location.
