Chief Technology Officer. Milshtein will be responsible for advancing platform technologies, messenger services, and next-generation sustainable technical solutions for its hyperscale clouds and enterprise clients.

Mr. Milshtein joins STACK with over 25 years of experience in product development, process design, software engineering, and systems integration in the telecom and data center industries. Most recently he was Chief Information Officer and Deputy Head of Network Services for Cologix, an interconnection company and data center. Previously, he played a key role in product development at Communication Level 3 (now Lumen).
