The time-limited Spy Inside game mode in Fortnite is very similar to Among Us, making it a dynamic replica of the popular social sharing game across the globe.

Released on December 15, the Spy Within LTM in Fortnite divides players into two groups, namely Spy and Butler. With the game mechanics very similar to the Among Us, the Spy Within LTM requires the bottles to perform actions while the spy / spies try to kill the bottles.

Spy Inside – Among Us in Fortnite

Released as a time-limited game mode, there are ten players in each lobby for Spy Inside – 2 spies and 8 butlers. A few points for players to note about the new Among Us replica game mode in Fortnite are:

  • All players start a game with the same information about the team they are on. The details of all other players remain confidential.
  • Two Spies try to eliminate other players without revealing their identity before the team completes their goals.
  • Eight agents (casks) work together to find spies and vote out before the spies eliminate everyone else. The reps must collect money that can be earned by completing goals in the game.
  • Voice chat will be discussed in the absence of a Meeting.
  • Players can call meetings when they see a character or are suspicious of another player. Players can talk and discuss who is suspicious of these meetings. Players also have the option to vote by shooting the designated button for the suspect.

The Inside Spy mode also comes with a Challenge Pack that includes an Inside Spy menu and an Inside Spy skate among other rewards.
