‘We never stopped fighting’: Colin Fassnidge talks about his infamous feud with Manu Feildel, co-star of My Kitchen Rules on I’m a Celebrity
Colin Fassnidge has poured the beans on his old rivalry with Manu Feildel during their days as co-guests on Channel Seven’s My Kitchen Rules.
The Irish chef, 47, was infamously making heads with the French bon vivant, 46, for years before coming together on the popular culinary show.
In scenes aired on Wednesday’s I’m a Celebrity program, Colin admitted that their conflict was escalating as he was fighting with everyone. in the old days’ while trying to make a name for himself in the culinary industry.

Speaking to fellow runner Grant Denyer, Colin said: ‘Of course I made my name, but I forgot to stop fighting. We never stopped fighting. ‘
The couple had a bad reputation when Colin mocked Manu’s appearance on Dancing with the Stars in 2011, culminating when he joined the MKR team in 2015.
And as soon as Colin reached a set, Manu was quick to point out his land.
Colin said Manu ‘s first words to him were:’ Well, buddy, welcome to my home. If you need anything, I’ll tell you how to do it. ‘

While on Manu, Colin also had meat with the former Celebrity hero Miguel Maestre, but there was less media attention.
As time went on, Colin decided to apologize for the two chefs and the three are now friends.
‘I went inside [Manu’s] dressing room and he said, “Mate, I’m sorry for whatever,” he said.

More quarrels: While on Manu, Colin was also on beef with the famous superhero Musician Miguel Maestre (pictured), but there was less media attention.
