After each of the companies won a RMI tender for the purchase of land in the prestigious Neve Gan neighborhood in Ramat Hasharon near Tel Baruch in North Tel Aviv, ICR Israel Canada Ram Residential and Tzemach Hamerman announced today the full creation of a partnership, subject to completion of the purchase of plots and approval of RMI .
The value of the land purchase is approximately NIS 714 million
The expected sales value is about NIS 1.6 billion
ICR and Tzemach Hamerman will plan, build and market in full partnership about 380 units and commercial areas on an area of about 12 dunams in the prestigious Neve Gan neighborhood in Ramat Hasharon, located near the Tel Baruch neighborhood in north Tel Aviv.
