The perfect Aperol Spritz is made up of three Prosecco parts; two parts Aperol; soda water one part.
Fill half each glass with ice. Add the Prosecco, then the Aperol and finally the soda (do it in this order to prevent the Aperol from settling at the bottom of the glass).
Garnish with a slice of orange and / or olive.
Aperol Spritzes have become increasingly popular in recent years. It is a cocktail based on Italian wine, commonly used as an aperitif in Northeastern Italy.
