Apple Watch has been one of the most successful wearable devices from the company, ever since its launch. The iPhone maker, according to CounterPoint, held 28% of the total smartwatch market worldwide. While millions of us use it every day and at every aspect of our lives, some of us may not be familiar with all that the piece of equipment has to offer. And automatic switching against surveillance based on your location and time is one of them. So today we will tell you just how to let your Apple Watch change the face of the watch according to the location and time, without having to do it by hand all the time.
Step 1: Open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Tap on auto at the bottom.
Step 3: Tap on the plus sign at the top and select Create Personal Automation.
Step 4: Select the ‘Time of Day’ at the top.
Step 5: Choose Sunrise, sunset or a normal time of day. You can even set it to repeat daily, weekly or monthly.
Step 6: Tap on Next, followed by Add Action.
Step 7: Search for ‘Watch’ option.

Step 8: Select the ‘Set Face Watch’ option.
Step 9: On the action screen, tap on “Face” in blue. Select the Watch Watch.
Step 10: When you are back in the ‘Actions’ page, tap on the next item.
Step 11: Turn off the ‘Ask Before Running’ prompt.
However, the steps for automating the Watch Face based on your location are slightly different.
Follow the first three steps as mentioned above.
Step 4: Select reach or exit at the top of the new autoresponder screen.
Step 5: Tap Select to select the location.
Step 6: Tap on Next, followed by Add Action.
The rest of the steps remain as they are.
And that’s how easy you can use the ‘Shortcuts’ app to change the face of the watch according to time and place.
