Switch owners can sign up for free 30-minute video chat meetings with a Nintendo messenger service representative. Posts cover a specific topic, such as:
- Learning how to use the Switch console
- Playing games
- Finding new games to play
- Creating a Nintendo account
- Online security and privacy
- Customizing the console
You should definitely consider hiring a Nintendo Switch Concierge if you feel intimidated by the device, but make sure you book a place quickly: T.first comes with butter slots. Fortunately, registration is easy:
- Open the officer Page Nintendo Switch Concierge. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then select one of the topics you want to cover from the list.
- Using the calendar, select a date and time.
- Add your name and email. You can also import your phone number, address, and any other notes you would like to add, but these are optional.
- Click “Book” to apply for the position.

- On the day of your meeting, use the link in that email to start a video chat with a Nintendo representative. They will walk you through the basics of your chosen topic and help answer any additional questions you may have.
