The second-hand apartment market in Israel is active and usually allows the purchase of properties immediately without waiting for new construction. To get an indication of the prices of second-hand apartments throughout the country, we examined which housing units were recently sold with the help of the national real estate chains Anglo Saxon and RE / MAX, which provide weekly data on real estate transactions.
