Hilary Duff and Wendy Williams sue for damage by photographer accusing Lizzie McGuire of ‘innuendo star of child predator’

Photographer Darryl Wilkins accuses Hilary Duff, whom she hit on Instagram in February last year saying she was taking pictures of her son Luca playing football in a park with other children.
Duff posted a video on Instagram on February 22, 2020 of being charged with Wilkins and telling him how ‘critical’ it is for him to have been taking photos.
Now Wilkins is suing Duff for making a mockery – and he is also suing Wendy Williams, who heard some of Duff ‘s pictures on her talk show and took her side, The Blast reports.

The suit alleges that the defendants were involved in fraud, malice and oppression and that as a result Wilkins suffered general, specific and punitive damages.
In the Instagram video that Duff posted last year she asked Wilkins to stop raising the children and reiterated that it was legal to do so.
‘Well, I’m taking pictures. I work on pictures and am not here to scare you or anything like that. Your paranoia is pointless, ‘he said.
Duff argued that it was ‘just a cause of discomfort that these are seven-year-olds and that you don’t have a child here.’

She shares her son Luca, eight, with her first husband Mike Comrie. She also has Banks, two, with her husband Matthew Koma and is now pregnant again.
As the controversy continued Duff said she would just post this to my 15 million followers on Instagram and tell people how desperate it is that this is your choice on Saturday morning, ‘and asked:’ Creepy to Who? ‘
Duff named ‘all those parents with these children,’ to whom Wilkins described as ‘the one who made it an emergency’ and then appeared to put his palm over her camera.
‘Paparazzi burning KIDS,’ Duff wrote in her caption. ‘Use’ your picture on ADULTS! Creep! Laws need to change! This is stalking toddlers! Horrible! ‘

Williams played clips of Duff’s video on her show, and after seeing Wilkins ask: ‘Creepy to who? ‘, Williams said:’ Creepy to me, sir. If you use pictures why not go into a park and take pictures of birds and butterflies? ‘
She also said that Wilkins may not even have recognized Hilary, whipping that ‘money is king’ and that Duff should be bribed to leave.
The suit alleges that Duff defended what is alleged to have been his involvement in remorseful and contemptuous conduct involving an innuendo that he was a child predator. ‘
At the same time Williams is being accused of ridicule because Wilkins claims her comments are on the air as a repetition of Duff’s claims.

Wilkins claims he was just testing his camera in the park and his suit alleges that Williams and Duff made false statements because he was not a pedophile or a child predator. Wilkins is and was trying to take pictures as a photographer and not as paparazzi or a stalker or with malice or wrongdoing. ‘
Planner also accuses Duff and Williams of intentionally injuring[ing] him regarding his career ‘and knowingly making false statements.
Wilkins also says Duff and Williams knew that social media, news and talk shows would pick up the story, which he says is well – known throughout America.
Last Friday the original video posted on Duff’s Instagram page last February has garnered over two million views.
