Australian Maried At First Sight star Dino Hira has reappeared on Instagram looking almost unrecognizable as his season shakes for the first time in the UK.

British viewers would be forgiven for not recognizing the 36-year-old these days, as he looks very different from when the six-season MAFS season began in 2019.

The reflection coach is no longer clean under the shade and instead has a scratchy beard.

In a photo shared to Instagram on Wednesday, Dino sports a beanie hat, patterned shirt and aviator-style sunglasses while standing for a selfie.

He shared a positive affirmation in the caption, which he read: ‘Don’t seek, do not search, do not ask, do not knock, do not ask – rest. If you rest, it will come, if you rest, it is there. If you relax, you will start shaking it. ‘

Dino, a former fly-in-fly-out miner, was repaired by talent giant Melissa Lucarelli on Married At First Sight two years ago.

While Dino has stayed out of the obvious from the show, the reality star appeared on Instagram in November.

He despised his thick, bushy beard and large body, with some fans even saying he looked like a completely different man.

Sporting big biceps, it’s clear that Dino has been hitting the gym hard since he was brushed with fame in early 2019.

In a recent interview, Dino said his new perspective was a testament to his ‘patient’ personality, which was evident on Married At First Sight.

He told the Wash: ‘People have come to see my patience at MAFS dinner parties but a beard is now the ultimate test of patience.

‘A man without a beard or beard is like a woman with a mustache or beard.’

Dino, who currently works as a meditation coach in Hong Kong, revealed that he had fallen in love since moving abroad.
