HBO Max embarked on shows such as Season 3’s “Succession” and “Justice League” director Zack Snyder’s cut in a new location on Thursday.
WarnerMedia was tightening up a number of upcoming titles in brand space on Thursday, which initially included a brief look at high-profile projects such as “Succession” Season 3 and Zack Snyder’s cut of the superhero film “Justice League ”2017.
HBO Max originally featured on the spot include “Gossip Girl,” a remake of the iconic YA series for a new generation; “Nicki Minaj,” docuseries offering an inside look at the life of the superstitious; the crime thriller “No Sudden Move,” directed by Oscar and Emmy filmmaker Steven Soderbergh, with ensemble stars including Don Cheadle, Benicio Del Toro, Jon Hamm and Ray Liotta; the anticipated “Special Reunion Friends”; ”And Snyder’s director cut of the” Justice League. “
WarnerMedia also featured a handful of upcoming original products coming to the network on the spot, all of which will be available on HBO Max. These titles included the limited edition “Mare of Easttown,” starring Kate Winslet as a small Pennsylvania town finder who investigates a local murder as her life unfolds around it; drama series “The Nevers,”Based in Victorian England and following a different group of Londons who are suddenly showing extraordinary abilities; the two-part documentary “Tiger,” a picture of Tiger Woods’ world golf icon; and the second special of the Emmy-winning drama series “Euphoria,” along with the Emmy-winning comedy series “Insecure” and “Outstanding Drama Series Success”.”
While all previously announced shows are expected to appear in 2021, WarnerMedia did not give specific release dates for any of the featured titles.
The site also featured action scenes from Patty Jenkins’ superhero film “Wonder Woman 1984”, which will appear for HBO Max and in theaters at Christmas.
The company also mocked “House of the Dragon,” the much-anticipated “Game of Thrones” prediction, and said the show would start in 2022.
