The annual international parade 2020 presented by Dalit Rochester. Watch
The man, the watermelon and the tireless style did not let Corona stop him this year. He released songs at a pace, made history when he became the first man to appear on the cover of Vogue (and more in a dress) and was even imitated on SNL by none other than Timothy Shalama.

With catchy and addictive pop songs and colorful and sweet clips, Stiles has made the past year look a little less awful than it used to be, and just for that he deserves some award, like say the man of the year at the annual International Parade 2020, which you just awarded him.

The first and most respected top ten of the annual international parade of Ynet and Galgalatz opens in 10th place Eva Max with Kings & Queens from her debut album, Heaven & Hell. The 9th place is taken by the single Positions by Ariana Grande, who returned to us for the parade for the third time. The song, which was released only last October, became in a few months one of the biggest hits of the year, and not in vain. With the velvety voice of Granada, a production reminiscent of the great songs of the early 2000s and an empowering clip, this is Schlager, if you can still use that word.
In eighth place is Granada’s collaborator from the previous ten, Justin Bieber, this time in the melancholy duet and prepare Lonely with Benny Blanco who garnered more than a billion and a half views on YouTube. The so-called, in small. Man of the Year, Harry Styles, lands in 7th place in the parade With the song Adore You, which sounds like the ultimate romantic tribute, the 6th place is manned by none other than your wife of the year, Billy Aylish, this time with the single Everything I Wanted which she wrote with her brother and traveling partner, Phineas. At the beginning of the clip, the two are written : “Phineas is my brother and best friend. No matter what the circumstances, we will always be there for each other. “There is no such sweetness.
Already feeling the end? Because here we came in 5th place with the ballad Before You Go by the Scottish Luis Capaldi, who put some guitars and a hoarse voice into the poppy and synthesized parade that took place this year. In 4th place, the people from Maroon 5, who are very popular here, land with the song Memories, which is based on the baroque section “The Canon of Pekbalbal”, in case you were wondering what to roll.
From there, we came in 3rd place with Dance Monkey by Australian musician Tones and I. You also did not understand what you were hearing the first time and then you had to listen at least another 20 times? You’re not alone. Something in this song is so contagious that it certainly has the potential to be a successful corona mutation.

The annual international parade is already halfway through, and here we come to the respectable 20th place with Camilla Cabio and Liar from her second album, Romance. And if you managed the six tyrannical minutes of the clip (you and 109 million viewers) – you deserve a silver medal. In 19th place, get Jason Drullo with a lot of “de da de de de” and his Take You Dancing that is right about one thing Important – do not need a dance floor, especially in the closure.
In 18th place came the WAP of Cardi Bey and Megan De Stallion, who was also chosen as the worst song of 2020. There is no doubt that the huge hit (whose name is short for Wet Ass Pussy) created insane hysteria around the world, in a year that did not need much to light up anyway us. The two huge stars were not afraid for a moment to sing about their genitals and come out with a clip that looks like a colorful trip in a parallel world.

Some have hailed the two and their liberating and feminist call and encouraged their pursuit of the pop and hip hop industries, which allow men to sing whatever comes to them but require women to be refined and discreet. On the other hand, there were conservatives around the world, especially in the United States, who were appalled by the provocative text and wanted to censor every line (some would argue that the censored version sent to the radio with the term Wet and Gushy was even more rude). But if the song also made it to the annual international parade, probably quite a few of you definitely liked it.
In 17th place and straight from South Korea is the band BTS with Dynamite – the first English song of the colorful group of boys. Is it really possible to understand what they are singing? Not quite, but it does not interfere with the fun and uplifting atmosphere.
In 16th place are Jason Drullo and Jawsh 685 with Savage Love. In 15th place comes Doa Lipa with Physical, which is all references and tributes to pop and eighties fashion, from “Flashdance” to the timeless Physical of Olivia Newton John. In 14th place is the musical power-couple, Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber with Stuck With U. The two released the single back in May, at the height of the corona outbreak, and the proceeds went to raise money for vital workers affected by the plague.
And back to Doa Lipa, this time in 13th place with Break My Heart. Lifa already broke the hearts of Israelis last May, when she criticized Israel’s policy during Live on her Instagram account. And yet, her addictive songs are probably hard to forget or dismiss. In 12th place is Miley Cyrus with Midnight Sky. Cyrus, who even recently collaborated with Lipa on the song Prisoner, has been getting closer and closer in recent years to rock and punk directions, featuring a fascinating and original musical persona that proves she’s here to stay forever. The top ten are signed in 11th place by Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande with the duet Rain On Me. Because what could go wrong with a song with two of the most powerful and moving voices the pop industry has produced in recent years?

Billy Aylish is the woman of the year in music according to the international annual parade of Ynet and Galgalatz
Billy Aylish is a consensus. If she had run in the Israeli elections, she would have taken it easy and united all the edges of the political map. Such is Aylish. With endless talent she is revered by everyone – lovers of indie, pop, rock, hip hop and every genre imaginable.
Armed with uncompromising artistic integrity, a unique and intelligent musical style, individual style and of course, with her brother Phineas who has the magic hand, 19-year-old Aylish is everything one could want from a musician. No wonder the whole world fell in love, and so did you.

It’s not clear what’s in it, in Abel Lamenting Tespay, The Weekend For You, who manages to distill pop in such a pure and successful way. Maybe it’s the voice that reminds me of the young Michael Jackson, the ingenious eighties production or his enigmatic and elusive character.
Anyway, something in it captured the heart of the mainstream and was chosen by you as the man of the year in music. Let’s say we have a feeling we’ll hear more about it later in the parade.

In 30th place, which opens the second hour of the 2020 International Parade 2020, sanctifies us in the Holy Presence of Justin Bieber and Chance the Rapper, and said Amen. In 29th place came the remix of the Kazakh DJ Imanbek to Roses by rapper Saint Jhn, in 28th place was Medusa, Becky Hill and the Good Boys with Lose Control and in 27th place is another remix, this time to the legendary Savage by Megan Dee Stallion, who for his new version was joined by a little and unfamiliar singer named Beyonce.
In 26th place is Justin Bieber with Yummy – one of the few singles he released this year alone, and not in a duet version like he so enjoyed doing in 2020. And from Bieber we move to the Jonas Brothers in 25th place with What A Man Gotta Do. Two of them understood what men should do – marry Sophie Turner and Priyanka Chopra, but what.

Justin Bieber, Cardi B.
If you missed the Latin atmosphere that has dominated world music in recent years, the Black Eyed Peas have made sure to provide you with a decent dish with Mamacita – the single produced by Johnny Goldstein of Israel (and winner of the Producer of the Year award at the current annual Israeli parade) with Willam and Osuna Y. Ray Sol, who came in at a respectable 24th place. In 23rd place is one of the most intriguing and refreshing musicians in the world arena right now, Doge Cut with Say So. Nice fact: the song gained momentum thanks to some popular dance challenges in Tiktok, and since then videos with it on the social network have been viewed over 7.5 billion times.
Woman of the Year, Billy Aylish, reaches number 22 on the charts with No Time To Die – the theme song from the new James Bond of the same name, whose release has been postponed to 2021. The single has been out for a long time, and definitely made me want to go into the movie theater already and see some action that is not the queue at the entrance to IKEA. And in 21st place, which marks the second hour of the annual international parade, comes De Weekend’s In Your Eyes. Is there a song more appropriate for the Corona period when all we could communicate in front of it was a pair of eyes and a mask? probably not.

The annual International Parade of 2020 opened with the Black Eyed Peas and Jay Balvin festivities with Ritmo (Bad Boys for Life) in 40th place. Because who can stand the Latin charm of Balvin and the highs of Willam and his peacock friends who together perfectly perfect The Rhythm of the Night by the Italian band Corona (!) From 1993. Closing the circle with the year 2020 or the laughter of fate? Apparently all the answers are correct.
Immediately after them, in 39th place is Mood of 24kgoldn and Ian Dior who gained momentum in Tiktok until he reached number one on the US Billboard charts. By the way, one of the people who signed the songwriting and production is the 20-year-old Israeli Omar Paddy, who has already been nominated for a Grammy for his work on the musician Ella Mai’s album. No Big Deal. From there we deliver a greeting to the early 2000s with Eminem and Joss World and the single Godzilla, from the 11th album by De Reel Slim Sheidi, which reached number 38.
In 37th place are The Baby and Rudy Rich with Rockstar, and from there we move directly to Prince Harry. Not Megan’s husband, of course, but the one and only Harry Styles, with the single Cherry you chose for 36th place. In 35th place is the proud song Death Bed (Coffee for Your Head) by the Canadian musician Powfu who hosts the Filipino-British Beabadoobee. And no, we did not fall asleep on the keyboard, these are the stage names they chose entirely on their own.
And with a short break from the parade – Dalit Rochester at the Ynet studio, singer Raviv Fiddler (“Shards”) joined in for an interview about the past year and along the way also honored us with two great performances. The first, for his new song “Wants Peace”, and the second for Ain’t No Sunshine by the late Bill Withers, who died in April this year.

Also, during the broadcast we said goodbye to the great musicians who passed away in 2020, from the all-American Kenny Rogers, through the legendary Italian composer Enio Morricone to the super guitarist, Eddie Van Halen. may them rest in peace.
From there, we’ve already reached 34th place with Billy Aylish’s tender My Future, perhaps the most soothing and disturbing song of 2020. In 33rd place, with a fresh indie-folk breeze, are Taylor Swift and Justin Vernon, a man from Bon Iver, with the song Exile from Folklore, the surprise album that Swift released this year. After the success of the aforementioned duet, the two saw that well and continued to record together well on the other great album that Swift ticked off this year, Evermore.
In 32nd place came another collaboration, this time by Camila Cabio and DeBaby with My Oh My, and in 31st place, which closes the first hour of the annual international parade of Ynet and Galgalatz, Drake lands with his dancer Toosie Slide. How time flies, eh?

Billy Aylish, Ariana Grande
That’s it, one can start breathing a sigh of relief that 2020 is behind us. Not that it means everything worked out in the world. The corona is still blowing in the back of our necks with a mask as well, and although we have started to get vaccinated, the musical performances we have missed so much in the past year are not yet in sight. Still, 2020 was a wonderfully musical year. Even the great artists in the world shut themselves in houses, and had to think of new creative ways to spread their music, which would bring in a stump of light in a dark time. They recorded new songs, released ones that were already on the line, performed online and connected more than ever to social networks and especially to Tiktok, which gained momentum and changed the face of the music industry.
So what did we have this year? A combination of polished pop hits such as Watermelon Sugar by Harry Styles, Blinding Lights by The Weekend, Break My Heart by Dua Lipa and Dynamite by BTS, delicate and sophisticated female rock by Billy Aylish (My Future) and Miley Cyrus (Midnight Sky), and collaborations Among giants like Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber with Stuck With U, Taylor Swift and Bon Iber with Exile, and of course – Cardi B and Megan De Stallion in the subversive and provocative song WAP. Most of all, it seems that the musicians did not let Corona break their spirits, on the contrary – they tried to lift as much as possible so that in retrospect we look at 2020 not only as the year that kept us at home, but one that made us unite and cheer around the music.
