Hapoel Kfar Saba players celebrate (Volleyball Association) (ONE system)
The two teams from Kfar Saba, the men and the women, made the corps tonight (Saturday): the women’s team defeated Maccabi Haifa in the upper house, while the men defeated Hapoel HaMaapil in the 15th round of the Premier League. Even today, MS Eilabun defeated KK Tel Aviv and Maccabi Raanana defeated Maccabi Hod Hasharon in the first round of the lower house in one of the most dramatic and exciting games in the league this year. In the rematch from the 12th round of the men’s Premier League, Maccabi Mosinson Hod Hasharon defeated Asa Ben-Gurion Beer Sheva.
Hapoel Kfar Saba – Hapoel HaMa’apil 0: 3 (19:25, 17:25, 22:25)
Hapoel Kfar Saba recovered quickly from the first loss of the season in the previous round against Mate Asher and played well tonight to beat the qualifier they lost and will continue to fight for fourth place at the end of the season. The first set was close, but in the two remaining sets, the trainees of Kfar Saba coach Sagi Baram managed to demonstrate good ability and win on the way to the photo finish of the season in the competition for first place against Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Saba Dbesh (45% in reception, 63% in attack, blocking and ace) led Hapoel Yoav Kfar Saba with 14 points, followed by Tamir Hershko (52% in attack) with 11 points, Ilya Goldrin (72% in reception, 40% in attack) and Slava Betz Easy (78% on offense, and 3 blocks) with 10 points each. 69% team on receipt, and 54% team on offense, 8 blocks and 3 aces, and finished with 17 errors per game (5 on refusal, 4 on receipt and -8 on offense).
Misha Wolinsky (48% on offense) led Hapoel HaMa’apil / Menashe / Emek-Hefer with 15 points. The group acceptance percentage was 78%, much thanks to Omri Schwartz (92%), and the attack percentage was only 40%. Blocked 4 balls, scored 4 aces and ended up with 19 errors in the game (6 from the opening stroke, 3 in the reception and 10 in the attack).
MS Eilabun – KK Tel Aviv 0: 3 (15:25, 12:25, 10:25)
Eilabun continues to recover and is already with a third consecutive victory in an easy game tonight against KK who was not a real opponent against Eilabun.
Fukando Ponis (86% on offense, 85% on offense, 4 aces) and Alex Shklianko (62% on offense, 2 blocks and 3 aces) led MS. Eilabun with 15 points each. 83% in acceptance for the team and 67% in attack. Blocked 6 balls, scored 12! Aces and made 12 mistakes in the game (8 in refusal, 1 in acceptance and 3 in attack).
B.C. Tel Aviv, Amit Moore (38% on offense) led the team with 8 points. The team finished with 50% on reception, 34% on offense, one ace and executed 33! Mistakes in the game (8 in refusal, 8 in reception and 17 mistakes in attack).
Maccabi Mosinson Hod Hasharon – Asa Ben Gurion Beer Sheva 1: 3 (11:25, 19:25, 21:25, 27:25)
Hod Hasharon managed to recover from the loss in the last round against Eilabun and is currently in the fight for fourth place against Kiryat Ata and HaMaapil for the last rounds of the season. In the game itself, the Barshavim won the first set with a tiebreaker, but Adi Goren’s players woke up and won the close second set. From there, the players in Hod Hasharon continued to win the other two systems and to win the entire game.

Kirill Goz (47% in reception, 74% in attack, and one block) and Volodymyr Tibcon (44% in attack and 4 aces) led Maccabi Mosinson Hod Hasharon with 21 points each. The team acceptance percentage was 51%, and the percentage of attacks was 50% , Blocked 11 balls (of which 5 by Vasily Denisov and 4 by Ziv Gutman), 9 aces and in the end finished with 27 general errors in the game (11 in the refusal, 9 in the reception and 7 in the attack).
Ahmed Sharqiya (50% in reception, 41% in attack and 2 aces) and Yoav Karwani (60% in reception, 56% in attack, block and 2 aces) led Asa Ben-Gurion Beer Sheva with 16 and 13 points respectively. The team finished with 49% on reception and 41% on offense, blocked 2 balls, scored 9 aces and made 30! General errors in the game (8 in the refusal, 9 in the reception and 13 in the attack).
Women: Hapoel Kfar Saba – Maccabi Haifa 0: 3 (20:25, 20:25, 15:25)
In the game between the champion and her runner-up from last season, Kfar Saba had the upper hand in an excellent game that did not leave too much of a chance for Maccabi Haifa. In the first two sets, Kfar Saba dominated the opening match until the victory in both sets, while in the third set, in a 14: 8 situation in favor of Kfar Saba, the Kfar Saba player was injured by Mama Diouf, who played excellently until that moment and had to get off the floor. But the Kfar Sabaites continued in the good game until winning the battle and the whole game.
Nicole Korea (65% in reception, 59% in attack, 2 blocks and ace), Yelena Sheinin (48% in attack, and 2 aces) and the best from Diop (100%! In Maccabi Haifa, Simona Dmitrova (77% in reception, 52% in attack) and Maria Okonomido (44% in attack, and Ace) led the team with 13 and 12 points respectively. The team reception percentage was 54%, while the attack percentage was 44%, blocked 2 balls, scored 3 aces and made 23 general errors in the game (7 in the refusal, 6 in the reception and 10 in the attack).
Maccabi Raanana – Maccabi Mosinson Hod Hasharon 1: 3 (25:27, 23:25, 25:23, 25:27)
What an amazing game we had tonight at the Bell Hall Raanana – both teams were not willing to give up and made the game one of the thrillers this year in the Premier League. Raanana barely won the first set with a tiebreaker, Hod Hasharon returned in the second set with a close 23:25, this is the exact result in which Raanana won the third set – and the fourth set was a copy of the first at the end.
Anna Müller (40% in both reception and offense, 2 blocks and ace) led M.K. Maccabi Raanana with 24 points. The group acceptance percentage is 45%, and the attack percentage is 37%. Block 10 balls (4 of them from Lisa Sirich), get 4 aces and make 32! General errors in the game (10 in the refusal, 11 in the reception and 11 in the attack).
In Maccabi Mosinson Hod Hasharon, Karntskaya (36% in reception, 30% in attack, 4 blocks and Ace) and Yael Shulman led with 21 and 20 points respectively. The team acceptance percentage was 57%, and the attack percentage was 34%, they scored 11 aces, blocked 7 balls (3 of them by Noa Grushko) and finished with 36! General errors in the game (13 opening strokes, 4 receipts and 19 offensive errors).
