Haifa or Tel Aviv? The successful Israeli in the Champions League

Beginning of an article

Seven Israeli teams took part in the Champions League, three of them qualified for the home stage and two of them did so twice, but who is the most successful of them all? UEFA has released the all-time rating of the plant and the results are very interesting.

So we will not go round and round, the Israeli ranked highest is Maccabi Tel Aviv, which came in 88th place. The Yellows participated in ten editions of the factory in which they achieved 15 wins, ten draws and 22 losses, including two qualifiers for the home stage in which they achieved four points (4 in 2004/2005 and 0 in 2015/16).

In second place, of course, is Maccabi Haifa, which is ranked 102. The Greens provided the best home stage campaign among the Israelis, but took part in two editions less than Maccabi Tel Aviv (8) and this is probably the reason why the ranking is lower. And 18 losses.

Not far from Maccabi Haifa, is Hapoel Beer Sheva, ranked 131st, although it never qualified for the home stage and played three times in the qualifiers. Betar Jerusalem is fourth when it is ranked 170 and Hapoel Tel Aviv fifth among the Israelis when it is in 181st place, despite playing in the home stage in contrast to Jerusalem and BS. Kiryat Shmona (267) and Hapoel Haifa (397) complete the ranking of Israeliness.

And what about the rest of the rankings? Real Madrid, which has won the factory 13 times, is of course the first-placed team of all time. Bayern Munich (2) and Barcelona (3) close the podium while they are followed by Manchester United (4), Juventus (5), Milan (6) and Liverpool (7).
