Guy goes on Super Nintendo World tours, Films Them

The Mario Kart tour of Super Nintendo World doesn’t look like this, but it still looks pretty cool.

Super Nintendo World will not have a Mario Kart tour well looks like this, but it ‘s still very neat.

Universal Studios ’Super Nintendo World was due to open in Japan this week before infinite delay as a result of the covid-19 pandemic. That said, people who recently got a chance to visit the park on a special preview day seem to be allowed to share a movie from their experience, giving us nice first-person videos even if not one can be there in person for the grand opening.

Mario Kart: The Koopa Challenge is the mainstay of Super Nintendo World, and for good reason. Just like last year Mario Kart Live: A visit home, its combination of world-class obstacles and astronomical gimmicks puts riders right in the middle of one of the iconic go-kart races, just on a much larger scale.

While you unfortunately have to wear a special pair of glasses to fully appreciate the trip, General Parks News today has done its best to show what it looks like through a camera lens. It’s a little weird, but it gets the job done.

The video channel also provided no use of the AR glasses, which is not only surprising but also more likely to give you motion sickness.

The only other Super Nintendo World tour right now is Yoshi Adventure. This is what it says on the tin: an adventure through Yoshi Island. Don’t get me wrong, I love them, but something about seeing Yoshi very close in person reveals great concern. They are a lot bigger than I thought. Baby Mario too, for that.

General Parks News today also records his time with the Bowser Jr. Shadow Showdown, which is the result of a treasure hunt across the park.

And as a real big deal Pikmin fan, I can’t help but be thrilled that scores of the hidden plant creatures are hidden all over Super Nintendo World.

Super Nintendo World is currently directly with Universal Studios Japan, but similar attractions are planned for Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Orlando Resort, and Universal Studios Singapore (it is not known when the venues will open, of course). More preview coverage is available General Parks News today.
