Alia Bhatt turned 28 Monday
Alia Bhatt celebrated her 28th birthday in Mumbai with family and close friends. Her mentor and friend director Karan Johar bash threw a close birthday to the actress who was attended by her close friends from the industry. Even though Alia’s beau Ranbir Kapoor is in quarantine after being diagnosed with Covid 19, his mother Neetu Kapoor came for one of Alia’s private birthday parties and shared a photo on her Instagram as well. Pictured were Alia Bhatt, her sister Shaheen Bhatt, her mother Soni Razdan as well as her hairdresser Puneet B Saini, along with Neetu Kapoor. Another video has surfaced from the party where Alia is seen next to her white-collar birthday cake. There was also fresh strawberries.

The video was shared by friend Alia Grish. Alia, clad in a black sweatshirt, can be seen cutting out her birthday cake with her bright name as her friends sang a happy birthday to her. “Happy birthday and all the happiest to you I miss you. Love you @aliaabhatt,” read the caption.

On her birthday, Alia Bhatt revealed her first scene from the much-anticipated film starring SS Rajamouli. ‘RRR’ is another time-consuming drama with director ‘Bahubali’ starring Alia Bhatt in the lead alongside South Indian senses Ram Charan and NT Rama Rao Jr. The Telugu-Hindi action drama is all set to be released later this year. Alia Bhatt is also playing the lead in upcoming films ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and ‘Brahmastra’.
