‘Damn my ageless body!’ Greg Norman, 65, breaks his silence on that beach photo – while mocking the role of a ‘sexy jester’ in the new Holey Moley Sevens new golf show
Greg Norman has finally revealed what he really thinks of his famous shirtless beach photo that went viral in November.
The golf legend, 56, sparked a social media frenzy when he posted a photo to Instagram of himself walking his dog in Florida – with the shape of humanity clearly visible under the claws of his blue board.
Speaking to the Herald Sun on Sunday, Greg said the situation was ‘hilarious’.
‘It was real fun’: Greg Norman, 65, (pictured) has admitted that he found the social media frenzy surrounding his beach photo last November ‘hilarious’, telling the Herald Sun ” it was great fun ”
‘I was just out walking my dog and it is,’ he laughed.
‘I think some of the comments were funny, and I usually don’t read the comments, so it was a lot of fun.’
Elsewhere in his interview, Greg considered his role as the ‘sexy jester’ in Holey Moley’s upcoming mini golf show.

It almost broke the internet: In November, an Australian sports star shared this photo to Instagram of himself walking down the beach on Jupiter Island Florida with his dog

Whoops! However, it wasn’t long before fans noticed that the shape of humanity was clearly visible under the short blue shorts.
Proving that he is not afraid to make fun of himself, Greg revealed that he intended to dress him in shark costume as part of a challenge – an interesting homage to his nickname ‘Shark’.
The challenge prompted the little golfers to try to make a hole around with water.
Greg was supposed to roam the area dressed as a shark, and golfers jumped on his back to get across the water.

‘Damn this ageless body!’ Greg also commented on a scene erased from Holey Moley’s upcoming mini golf show, revealing that he originally intended to be a shark costume while golfers jumped on his back. However, the ‘smooth skin’ fell into disrepair.

Unfortunately, the idea was dashed as the golfers kept falling.
‘We did a few tests and unfortunately my skin is so smooth and everyone kept going. So we had to go with a fake shark instead. Damn this ageless body! he mocked.
