Great for Maccabi Haifa on KPS

Outstanding Actor

Dolev Haziza, Score: 8
Amazing cooking and gate, involved in every attack

The disappointing actor

Amdo Sokona, Score: 3
A striker who does not bring numbers and is hardly involved in any attack

Maccabi Haifa is back to smiling. After the painful loss, some would even say traumatic to Maccabi Tel Aviv in the game of the season that reduced the gap from the champion to 5 points, Barak Bachar’s team did not fall into a black hole and tonight (Sunday) came back to itself and big, when with a great football display defeated Hapoel Kfar 0: 3 Grandpa and returned, at least temporarily, the gap from the direct rival for the title to 8 points.

Barak Bachar made one change in the lineup compared to the loss to Maccabi Tel Aviv – Jose Rodriguez gave way to Noble Omar, who seemed to get into things and gave the Greens another shade of creativity on offense. But with all due respect to the improving performance of January’s acquisition, the one who once again provided sparks and a lot of the time who knows how much the season is ripe and able to take the Greens to the end, is leaping for a firecracker.

Maccabi Haifa’s reactions after the victory over KPS

Unsurprisingly, Haifa unquestionably dominated the opening whistle while on the other hand, Elisha Levy mostly thought about how to thwart the green attacks. He managed to do it in a not bad way at all, until the 35th minute. Because when Dolev Haziza performs the same elegant “sibsov”, the same one that managed to make Enrique Sborit last season, it’s very difficult to stop him. This time, it also ended with a kick to the connections that will provide the wonderful winger a place of honor in the list of candidates for the season goal, which was very significant and broke the dam for Haifa and gave the signal for the continuation of the show in the second half.

4 games in a row without a field goal are more than enough for Nikita Rokavica, and in the 57th minute Haziza made sure that the king of Premier League goals also returned to business and arranged an easy goal for him. From here, the Greens just danced on the pitch, allowing even the nobles to get into things with great cooking for the Australian, who with a sharp kick raised his balance to 16 this season. Until the end, Bachar used the result to give rest to all the players in the front, when even that did not help Hapoel Kfar Saba, which did not even manage to kick to the frame of Josh Cohen.

  • One of the most delusional VAR decisions we have seen in Israeli football. Omar Danino stepped wide on Noble Omar, the offense disappeared from the eyes of Hakmon but not from those of the screen judges, who called on the judge to examine the case. Hachmon examined, and in a puzzling decision decided that this was not an offense
