Gradually gaining weight every day is good for your brain

Some people say they don’t feel stressed at all, but there may be disadvantages to this feeling of always being under high accusation, say researchers.

The study showed that people who said they were underweight were more likely to experience better daily well-being and fewer breast health ailments. However, they were also more likely to have lower mental function.

According to researcher David M. Almeida of Penn State, the study suggests that small, daily weights may be beneficial to the brain, despite being inconvenient.

“It is possible that pressure sores create opportunities for you to solve a problem, for example, possibly repairing your computer that is suddenly broken down before an important Zoom meeting,” said Almeida .

“So experiencing these pressures may not be enjoyable but they can lead you to solve a problem, and this can be great for mental activity, especially as we getting older, ”said Almeida.
