Former Gossip Girl star Jessica Szohr has given birth to her first child.
The 35-year-old actress – who has welcomed a girlfriend with her boyfriend Brad Richardson – revealed the happy news in an Instagram post Wednesday.
‘She added some special sweetness to our family and some new directions on our 1-11-21 tour,’ she wrote along with a black and white photo of her little one – Bowie Ella Richardson.

The new mum said: ‘This trip with Brad and Lexi has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.’ Brad already has a child from a previous relationship, named Lexi.
‘Until then to create someone who is absolutely perfect in our eyes and who put a feeling in my heart I didn’t know it was beyond words. I have every feeling and it’s really something special 🙂 ‘
Earlier in the week, Jessica had tried to help list her Instagram followers while posting a poll that read ‘Should I be anxious for breastfeeding? ‘

Getting candid about her fears she said, ‘So I’m taking a small breastfeeding class and I have a right to watch this video and … I’m just worried, I’m nervous to the chest – is that wrong? ‘
Filming herself in a comfy knit gray turtleneck hit her belly as she sat with her eyes widened as she tried to inform herself about the breastfeeding process.
At one point she looked horrified as she held her chest while the instructional video tried to prepare for the upcoming action.
Making a series of animated faces she recorded herself looking at her laptop while the narrator went into detail on the subject.

The candid video came just weeks after she revealed that she and her beau were getting a young girl on social media as she wrote, ‘We can’t wait to meet you, young girl. ‘
Szohr and his girlfriend play ice hockey have been dating since February 2019 and this is her first child and second as he shares one with Lauren Hunt, who was a married woman.
She has often turned to Instagram to record her changing body and maternal fashion while writing thoughtful captions about the heavy process.

‘Without lying, I start traveling on that a bit,’ she concluded.
She first revealed the news that she was pregnant on September 23rd when she posted a photo of her womb with Richardson bending down to her stomach and saying, ‘Full of joy! ‘
Prior to joining Brad she was linked with NFL player Aaron Rodgers from 2011-2014 and then moved on with another athlete, NY Jets Scotty McKnight player from 2015-2018.
