Glilot Capital Partners said it has launched its first early growth fund, Glilot + (Glilot Plus). This is Glilot Capital’s fifth fund to date, bringing the total assets under the company’s management to $ 500 million. The $ 170 million fund will run in parallel with Glilot Seed Fund, which has made investments in six new companies over the past decade. Glilot Capital was founded in 2011 by Managing Partners Kobi Samboursky and Arik Kleinstein, with Nofar Amikam joining as a partner. Glilot + is led by Lior Litwak, which joins Glilot as a managing partner after being a partner at M12, a Microsoft venture fund, where it invested 20 company in Israel and abroad. Notable investments in Israel led by Litwak include Authomize, nsKnox, Zencity and At-Bay. Litwak is an alumnus of the Israeli Defense Forces elite Talpiot program and earned his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
