Are you looking for a weekend job incentive? Well, Malaika Arora is here to give you some. The mother is one of the most famous people in Bollywood and there is no denying that. Malaika is an avid Yogi and often shares new asanas with her followers along with the benefits and steps to motivate her fans to exercise as well.

Today, the actress took to Instagram and shared three exercises that will help you achieve abs designed like Malaika in just two weeks. The snippet we are talking about with the text, “Fast flow for designed abs (sic),” began to appear. For the workout, she opted to wear a gray halter neck sports bra along with a pair of matching yoga pants. The Chaiyya-Chaiyya a girl tied her hair in a bun to keep them off her face.

For the first exercise, Malaika sat on her Yoga mat while doing a medial separation. With her hands at the back of her head, she then bent on each side in turn. Afterwards, she lifted a dog’s leg down while bringing her knee back to her chest and for the final exercise, did the other leg rise. The actor added the caption with the caption, “3 simple Abs exercises you can use from the comfort of your home! Do this for 14 days and let me know the results! (Sic).”

While talking about how Malaika manages to work out almost every day, she revealed that the secret to that is making workouts fun. Also read the caption, “The secret to a good workout is to make it fun.
