Gal Gadot pays $ 5million for nearly 2,000-square-foot ocean condo in friendly Malibu

Wonder Woman 1984 raised a whopping $ 85million at the box office worldwide despite the coronavirus pandemic.

And as a result of the success of its hideout, Gal Gadot decided to fork out more than $ 5million for a nearly 2,000-square-foot condo in Malibu, California, which is friendly to people, according to Variety.

The actress, 35, bought the two-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront from Thai philanthropist Bui Simon, who built the building for just $ 850,000 in 1994.

Although it came with a high price tag, Gal ‘s new residence takes place in one of the most beautiful parts of Malibu because of its proximity to local eateries and its rich quiet view.

It is just one of four units that live within a neat, oceanic building, with none of the other occupants raising Gal’s prestigious status.

Named ‘privately owned’, the condo features a spacious patio with rusty tile flooring and a stunning ocean view.

The comfortable interior of the condo is finished with solid wood flooring and crisp white walls that create for a full air feel.

Resting between the living space and the condo kitchen is an amazing multi-window shade that acts as a natural partition.

The living room, with fireplace and open floor plan, steps up to the dining area and attached kitchen.

Six roof-to-ceiling windows provide an indoor and outdoor feel and give the beautiful coastline a 24/7 view.

While the kitchen is quaint, it features granite counter tops, warm toned cabinetry, and spotless steel appliances.

Working as a perfect place for bonding time with her husband Yaron Varsano and their two daughters, the purchase of Gadot’s new buildings includes a family room with a car.

The condo also has two bedrooms with carpet and spacious baths.

As an added bonus, the master bedroom has two bathrooms, one boasting a comfortable tub and a bidet.

According to Variety, Gadot is expected to pay $ 1,240 per month in HOA fees for the amenities of her vacation home.

The newly purchased Malibu condo at Gal is just one of three homes in which she sells her husband’s properties.

The married couple, who got married in 2008, will raise the family in a $ 5.6 million Hollywood home, as well as a house in native Israeli Gal.

Gadot returned as everyone’s favorite lasso-wielding heroine in Wonder Woman 1984, which premiered on HBO Max and in select theaters on Christmas Day.

And despite his theatrical setbacks, the expected wrestler earned $ 16.7 million at home at his opening weekend.
