The education system will also be closed (except for special education), and restaurants will only be able to work in the form of deliveries. However, the situation will be different in cases of certain workplaces where employees are necessary to provide a product or service and where full occupancy will be allowed; Enterprises for the provision of subsistence services that have been recognized as such (in which the full presence of employees will be allowed).

In addition, it will be permitted to receive services at the home of a home repair service provider (for example, a plumber) and babysitting services for the care of children from the same nuclear family. Local authorities will be allowed to establish activities of the youth units, including the activation of volunteers, activities in centers for at-risk youth and more.

There will be a restriction on leaving up to 1,000 meters from the house, and it will be forbidden to stay in another person’s house. The following things were allowed: stocking up on essential medicines, food and products and receiving essential services; Assistance to a person who has difficulty or distress requiring assistance; Receiving medical care, essential social care, complementary medicine care; Departure of a woman for baptism in a pure mikveh; A person with a disability may leave his home for a distance exceeding 1,000 meters with one escort, if this is required due to his disability;
