Former BS goalkeeper Mario Zukowiczky has passed away

Hapoel Beer Sheva announced today (Tuesday) the untimely death of former goalkeeper Mario Zukowitzky, after a struggle with a serious illness. Zukowiczki played for the team between 1977-1980 and 1982-1987.

The Argentine Jew who immigrated to Israel and returned to his homeland is remembered by veteran Israeli football fans as the goalkeeper of Hapoel Beer Sheva (between 1977 and 1980 and between 1982 and 1987) and Hapoel Jerusalem (between 1980 and 1982).
