End of the storm of tests at Ben Gurion Airport: The Ministry of Health has updated that starting at midnight (Friday to Saturday), anyone wishing to board a flight to Israel will be required to present to the air carrier a certificate of a negative PCR test for Corona performed during the 72 hours prior to departure, or alternatively a vaccinated or recovering permit given by Ministry of Health.
The ministry stated that for the avoidance of doubt, a passenger who left the State of Israel before 7 days have passed from the date of the second vaccination, will be required to be in complete isolation regardless of the date of his entry into Israel.
This arrangement will apply to an incoming passenger who has been outside Israel for more than 72 hours, with the exception of exceptional permits that will be approved individually, and for an incoming passenger who is a crew member on the aircraft, only if he arrives in Israel for more than 72 hours.

Following the storm, the spokesman said: “Following a number of falsified publications, we make it clear that there is no truth in the claim that the legal advice to the government ever prevented, in any way, the conditional entry into the country from abroad by presenting a negative corona test.”
