Flash star Grant Gustin showcases buff body transformation in before and after photos … after seven months of hard work in quarantine
Grant Gustin has resisted his fair share of criticism from online body spies over the years for being ‘too tired’ to play Barry Allen ‘s superhero, The Flash.
But season seven arrives, fans can expect to see an amazing body transformation for Gustin as he reveals his new body buff via Instagram on Friday.
The actor, who uploaded a photo before and after, wrote a lengthy account outlining how he used his extra time in quarantine to become his own best.

It turns out that the 31-year-old native Virginia has spent the past seven months beating the weights and using his body and mind.
‘Some progress report from last season to this season. About 7 months ago I finally decided to break my cycle without taking care of myself as well as I should, ‘it started in the title of the post where it looks slimmer and thinner while and is shirtless in the previous image.
‘As many of you know, I have been anxious and depressed for as long as I can remember. Over the last 7-10 years or so as I have become more of a “public figure” and have a busier schedule, my anxiety has only gotten worse. My desire and just general motivation were always terribly affected. ‘

Directed and Focused: The Flash actor revealed that he spent the past seven months working hard in quarantine using his body and mind and that the extra time gave him an insight into his be a better version of himself internally and externally.


Body Shamers: Gustin has been drawing his fair share of criticism from body shapers for being too thin and lanky since The Flash appeared back in 2014
Gustin admitted his new term a few months into the coronavirus crisis helped him start his campaign to be better for me. ‘
That includes eating better (and more), working out, daily meditation, and just trying to be more present and happy with who I am. It’s honestly one of the reasons you saw a lot less of me on social media. ‘
He explained how he can slip into a black hole when he spends too much time on his various social media platforms, and that it is not the best use of his time when it comes to mental health.
‘I will always be a work in progress, but I am proud of myself for taking steps that I wish I could have taken so long to be a better version on myself physically and mentally – not only for myself but also for the people around me. ‘

It is at this point that Gustin has guided fans that they are showing off being able to get a glimpse of Flash ‘s new buff in a two or three episode of the upcoming season. .

Just last week, Gustin took to Instagram and announced that he and his wife, Andrea ‘LA’ Thoma, were announcing that they are expecting their first child together.

Season seven of The Flash is expected to make its debut on the CW on March 2, 2021. The series has already been updated for the eighth season.
