Fear in Argentina: Italian anti-Semite threatened to murder Jews

“It is not for nothing that Jews are being persecuted all over the world,” a young Italian man shouted at passing Jews in the rape district where most of the Jewish population in Argentina is concentrated. The young man was arrested by the authorities in Argentina, after shouting in the Jewish quarter of Argentina about returning Jews, derogatory chants, and that he was planning to put a bomb in the organization of the Jewish community.

The Jewish security organization in Argentina, “Diya,” called on Jews to be vigilant and report any suspects to the “Diya” hotline. Similarly, officials in the Jewish community called on the government to take the threats seriously and increase security in the rape district and in the concentrations of the Jewish community in Argentina.

The attacker, named Ekel, stood at the entrance to the Shaarei Tefilah community, located on Peso Street in the center of the rape district in Buenos Aires. Absurdly, the police released the attacker shortly after, without any investigation, a move that led the Hadia to spread the image of the attacker to the Jewish public, warning the general public to be vigilant and prevent the attacker from approaching the Jewish communities in the city again.

It should be noted that in the Rape District there are more than twenty communities that provide a solution to thousands of Jews living in Buenos Aires every day.
