While it was a different kind of celebration, several of the biggest names in the game sent goodbye to social media
It was no ordinary Hogmanay, but football players around the world were still finding a way to shout in 2021.
After a year in which a pandemic spread of coronavirus over the football world, several of the biggest names in the game claimed that 2021 would be better than the previous year.
Big New Year’s parties weren’t as usual, but there were still a number of players expressing good wishes when the calendar turned from December to January.
Here’s a look at how the world of football looked in 2021:
2020 was not an easy year, there is no doubt about it. One cannot help but rejoice in the pain and suffering that COVID-19 has brought upon the world.
