Everything we know from release date to new characters

Okay, we’re still in the middle of the Genshin Impact 1.4 update, but it’s already time to start looking forward to 1.5, which seems like a pretty amazing update indeed, if there are recent leaks like nothing to pass.

MiHoYo has come out and said that they do not like that people are leaking 1.5 information, and that not all of it is going to prove that it is right, because things can change along the way, but I think it ‘s worth checking out what’ s there coming all the same.

So what do we know? Or what do we think we know?

Release date

This isn’t omitted, this is just based on the usual gap and release date we see for new updates in Genshin Influence, and the scope of doing so comes out to a possible date is Wednesday, April 28, almost just a month from now.

New characters

Two rumored heroes come with Update 1.5, though I believe one is able to get in at the tail end of 1.4 here as we saw with Hu Tao. Those characters are Eula, a 5 star cryo hero Claymore, and Yanfei, a 4 star Catalist pyro hero. Zhongli may also return for a reprinted banner, and it is possible that it could be seen alongside Yanfei, the way Childe introduces 4-star Rosaria in 1.4 here. He gets a new story question, so that would make sense.

New house feature

Osbarr this is about to introduce a new housing feature where you can have your own house to decorate and decorate. You will be able to buy furniture and decorations for your place with new money, and there will be a new companion, a bird that can teleport you directly to your house.

New Events and Bosses

  • The head of the electro Herald is coming.
  • Chief Geo Dahaka is coming.
  • Character quests for Zhongli and Eula.
  • There will be three new live events.
  • There will be new hangouts.
  • There will be a new artifact range.
  • There will be two new artifact sets.

These are the main points that we think we know so far, but as MiHoYo says, don’t worry if none of this happens, because things are changing. But overall this sounds like a pretty big update, more than 1.4 at least, but we’ll have to wait to see what could be added or removed for the list here. Keep an eye out for more info, be that official word or more leaks.
