Yotron, which is controlled by the Phimie Foundation, announced today (Thursday) that it has signed an agreement to build an autonomous parking lot in the New York metropolitan area of the United States. The total expected return for the company for the project amounts to approximately NIS 13.2 million (approximately $ 4.1 million) and is planned to be completed during 2023.
Yotron Ltd. is an Israeli public company engaged in the field of automated solutions: design, construction and maintenance of autonomous robotic parking lots and automated logistics systems. As part of the transaction, it will establish an autonomous parking lot in the New York metropolitan area, in the United States.

Utron operates in North America in six major areas: the metropolitan area of New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Houston, San Francisco and the state of Colorado. The company’s largest and most active market is the New York metropolitan area, where 11 agreements have been signed to date for the construction of autonomous car parks. Yutron has to date signed agreements to build 21 car parks across the United States.
